Thank you and you and you.

Wow. I haven’t written for a minute. From a distance it may appear that I was just THAT pissed about my car, but really, everything has been wonderful. Although I still have no car, surprisingly I haven’t missed it! Actually, the back problems that began to develop from driving the same car for over ten years, are beginning to dissipate and I’m sure that ‘Ol Girl is glad that she doesn’t have to feel my boney ass ( my ass isn’t really boney. I do have SOME junk in the trunk…but anyway…) ever again…I also am starting to reap the benefits of being the fine ass women that I am ( If you’re curious about my narcissistic tendencies…they were passed on to me by a British drummer who has gorgeous hair most of the time except for in the morning) OK…enough with the tangential thoughts and loose associations…back to being the fine ass woman that I am and benefit reaping…So I have managed to avoid public transportation by accepting the help of the male species. See! I knew they were good for something. A couple of friends have been glad to take me where I need to go and one of them even rented me an SUV for this week. My daddy says that you find out who your true friends are when your car breaks down…but those are the words of a man…I think that you find out who truely wants to get in your pants when your car breaks down. Don’t get me wrong. That doesn’t go for all, just some, and frankly, I don’t need a horny dog’s help… But no matter how you look at it I am so thankful for people who have gone out of their way to honestly help me. I thank them every chance I get. I would do the same for them. I hope they call on me if they ever need a hand…I thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you….thank you.
